Renison University College of the University of Waterloo leads this study in partnership with College Transition Collaborative (CTC): a group of researchers and postsecondary institutions piloting institution-specific versions of a social-belonging intervention to incoming students. The only Canadian research team represented in the CTC, Renison is implementing and evaluating a version of the social belonging intervention that targets women in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) disciplines.
