Sharon Broughton is an accomplished social impact leader with experience in executive leadership roles and as a curriculum designer and instructor with the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies’ Non-Profit Leadership certificate program. Sharon has served as CEO of Prince’s Trust Canada, president and CEO of Kids Help Phone, CEO of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, executive director of Crossroads International, and director of organizational development at the Ontario Trillium Foundation. A collaborative systems thinker and change agent, she is passionate about supporting individuals and organizations to increase their impact. As a consultant, interim executive and board director with several non-profits she supports governance, strategy, leadership development and organizational change projects. As well as her master’s in adult education from OISE/UT, Sharon has completed professional programs at the Harvard Business School, the Ivey School of Business and TMU.
