This project compares the effectiveness of online and in-person versions of Q Success: a first year transition program that integrates personal and academic skill-building to help students prepare for and succeed in their new academic environment. In addition to evaluating the effects of in person versus on-line modes of delivery, the project compares participation and differential impacts among historically underrepresented students.
