On November 22nd the University of Toronto hosted an event entitled “Defining and Measuring Student Success,” which featured two panels of experts discussing the challenges and complexities associated with understanding and monitoring student success within Ontario’s postsecondary education system. The event was co-sponsored by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario, and the Higher Education Group at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
The organizers have now created a legacy page for the event which provides access to the archived webcast, the event program, and various slide presentations. The legacy page can be found here:
The symposium was part of an ongoing series of events designed to share and discuss policy related research focusing on key issues in Ontario higher education.
