Jinisha (she/her) is a researcher at HEQCO, working on projects related to skills development, student outcomes and labour market transitions. She started as an intern at HEQCO before transitioning into her current role. Her interest in improving access to education and the quality of the student experience is shaped by her past academic research and volunteer work focused on equity and inclusion. Jinisha holds a bachelor’s degree in life sciences and a certificate in health humanities and social sciences from McMaster University.
