Michael Lottamoza provides support for research contracts, program budgets, deliverables, payments and tracking system processes. He analyzes the HEQCO systems to maximize efficiency and productivity, and apply continuous improvements. He has a wide range of experience in government and not-for-profit organizations including project management, training and certification, guideline development and regulatory administration. He holds a bachelor’s degree of applied arts in urban and regional planning from Toronto Metropolitan (formerly Ryerson) University.
